Arrow How do I download the Free 30 Day Trial Software?
  Most of our applications are available as a 30 day trial. Click the link below to request a trial. An email will be sent to you with further information.

Arrow I've downloaded MLServer and installed it, how do I obtain trial versions of your Plugins?
  From MLServer, select HELP > CINEMAR INSTALLATION ASSISTANT. Place a check mark next to the plugin you wish to download. Then press DOWNLOAD SELECTED. Once downloaded, shut down MLServer and then click INSTALL SELECTED. Start MLServer and the plugin will now appear in MLServer's Plugin window.
   
Arrow How do I download the software I just purchased?
 

After you've completed your purchase you can log back into your shopping cart by clicking the link below:
SHOPPING CART ACCOUNT

Then enter your username and password and press Log-In. Then press the DOWNLOADS tab. Your software will appear in this window. Press DOWNLOAD next to the respective software you wish to store on your hard drive.

   
Arrow How do I register the software I just purchased?
  Within 48 hours of your purchase, you will receive an email with your License Key. Copy and paste this key into MLServer's License Key Manager. This is available from MLServer's HELP > MANAGE LICENSE KEYS. Your product still needs to be activated by sending an Activation Request to Cinemar.
   
Arrow I forgot my Shopping Cart Username or Password?
  Click Here if you've forgotten your Username or Password to the Shopping Cart. You will be given the option to have your password reset.
   
Arrow I have questions, how do I get answers?
